Work continues on the water hole

This week we were able to hire 24 men to work in the water hole. The woman in the jeans, red shirt and white hat on the far right is Marenn. She came up with the plan for the water hole herself and has been responsible for the project.

In addition to paying the men with food at the end of each week, one of the women in the community cooks them a meal while they work.

Hi....I have heard some of Lemuel ministries and was so happy to find this site. I grew up in Haiti. My parents, Vincent and Alberta Bushre, were missionaries under UFM along with the Beerleys, the Schmids and many others. We, my husband Bill and I, would like to know more about Lemuel. He wanted to know what trees and plants you were growing? Are they for reforestation, lumber, fruit or all of the above? We have followed your site for the last couple weeks and are happy to have found it. Where is Lemuel in Port-au-Prince? God bless you both and use you to bless the believers in the Plateau and bring many to Christ.
